فاهم تطبيق في متجر تطبيقات سلة يستبدل البحث في واجهة المتجر ببحث فوري يفهم العربية. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نعالجها ولماذا، وكم نحتفظ بها، وحقوقك.
البيانات التي نعالجها
- بيانات المتجر: رقم متجرك في سلة واسمه ورابطه ونوعه، وحالة اشتراكك في التطبيق.
- رموز الوصول: رموز الربط التي تمنحها سلة عند التثبيت، محفوظة مشفّرة (AES-256-GCM) ولا تُعرض لأي شخص.
- منتجاتك المعروضة: الاسم والرابط والصورة والسعر والتوفر وعدد المبيعات، ونص مختصر من الوصف والتصنيفات والماركة ورمز SKU، لبناء فهرس البحث. لا نخزّن المنتجات المخفية.
- إحصاءات البحث: الكلمات التي يبحث بها زوار متجرك مجمّعة يوميًا (عدد مرات البحث، ومرات عدم وجود نتائج، والنقرات)، دون ربطها بأي شخص.
- المرادفات: مجموعات الكلمات التي تضيفها بنفسك.
لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية عن زوار متجرك: لا أسماء ولا أرقام ولا عناوين IP محفوظة ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط. يحتفظ متصفح الزائر محليًا بآخر عمليات بحثه ليعرضها له فقط. يطلب التطبيق صلاحية المنتجات (قراءة فقط).
كيف نستخدمها
لتقديم الخدمة فقط: عرض نتائج البحث في متجرك، وعرض التقارير في لوحة التطبيق. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
مزودو الخدمة
- سلة: منصة متجرك؛ منها نقرأ منتجاتك.
- Cloudflare: استضافة التطبيق وقاعدة بياناته.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
- يبقى فهرس المنتجات محدّثًا ما دام التطبيق مثبتًا، ويُحذف منه المنتج فور حذفه أو إخفائه.
- إحصاءات البحث: ١٨٠ يومًا.
- عند حذف التطبيق نحذف فورًا رموز الوصول وبيانات المتجر وفهرس المنتجات والمرادفات وإحصاءات البحث.
- نُبقي بعد الحذف رقم المتجر وتواريخ التثبيت وحالة الاشتراك ومعرّفات إشعارات التثبيت التقنية فقط.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ورموز الوصول مشفّرة، ونتحقق من توقيع كل إشعار من سلة، ونطلب أقل الصلاحيات اللازمة.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها بمراسلتنا، وحذف التطبيق يحذفها تلقائيًا.

Privacy Policy
Fahim is a Salla App Store app that replaces a store's search with instant, Arabic-aware search. This policy explains what data we process and why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Data we process
- Store data: your Salla store ID, name, address and type, and your app subscription status.
- Access tokens: issued by Salla at install, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown to anyone.
- Your visible products: name, link, image, price, availability and sales count, plus a short part of the description, categories, brand and SKU, to build the search index. Hidden products are not stored.
- Search statistics: what visitors search for, aggregated per day (searches, searches with no results, clicks), never tied to a person.
- Synonyms: the word groups you add yourself.
We collect no personal data about your visitors: no names, numbers, stored IP addresses or cookies. A visitor's browser keeps their recent searches locally, to show back to them only. The app asks for the products permission (read only).
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing search results in your store and reports in the app. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Service providers
- Salla: your store platform, which we read products from.
- Cloudflare: hosting for the app and its database.
Retention and deletion
- The product index stays current while the app is installed; deleted or hidden products leave it at once.
- Search statistics: 180 days.
- When you uninstall the app we immediately delete the access tokens, store details, product index, synonyms and search statistics.
- We then keep only the store ID, install dates, subscription status and technical webhook identifiers.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access tokens are encrypted, every Salla notification's signature is verified, and we ask for the fewest permissions possible.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us; uninstalling deletes it automatically.
